Sarah is a caring and compassionate nurse with a master eye for detail. Originally from Binghamton, NY, Sarah moved south to Savannah, GA in order to escape the cold. Sarah began her education at SUNY Broome Community College where she achieved an associate’s degree in individual studies with a focus on health care and nutrition. She decided to focus her attention on becoming a nurse and earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Binghamton University Decker School of Nursing. During her nursing rotations, Sarah fell in love with intensive care, a highly specialized unit that required her to make split-second decisions and act quickly when a patient's status would change. Sarah worked in the ICU throughout the COVID-19 pandemic as a charge nurse at St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospital, helping care for those most vulnerable. She found reward in forming trusting, therapeutic relationships and making a positive impact on the patients and their families when she could. Sarah also has many creative passions, such as jewelry making and cooking, as well as a love for all things of beauty. She feels that when you look your best, you feel your best. Sarah made the jump from ICU to aesthetics in 2020, and her passion for aesthetic care has only grown since then. Sarah’s love for health and beauty, attention to detail, and aesthetic eye have brought her on to the Upstream Medical Care and Aesthetics team, where she brings her compassion and professionalism to the ever-expanding world of aesthetic medicine. She is dedicated to blending the art of aesthetics and the science of nursing to empower individuals to rediscover self-love and feel confident in their own skin. Her goal is to always ensure a comfortable, safe, and positive experience for her clients. Sarah is ecstatic to meet you and work with you to achieve your unique aesthetic goals.
With more than 30 years of experience in the operating room, Jennifer has worked alongside some of Atlanta's and Savannah's top plastic surgeons. She brings more than 10 years of medical aesthetics and skin care experience to Upstream Medical Care and Aesthetics. Jennifer is caring, genuine, and charismatic. She customizes and tailors treatment plans to each individual patient. She has specialized in lasers for over 10 years and is Georgia laser certified. Applying her remarkable knowledge of aesthetic medicine and laser therapies to promote wellness and beauty, Jennifer takes pride in helping her patients achieve their skin care goals with optimal, radiant results. She is committed to helping her patients look and feel beautiful in their own skin.
